Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

NOTE FOR LAUNCH: This page is a placeholder. The clauses below describe the program as built today and are sensible defaults, but they have not been legally reviewed. Please replace this content (or have a solicitor sign off) before public launch.
1. What this is
The SimpliWiFi Referral Program lets you earn commission credit on every invoice paid by anyone you refer to us. Commission accrues as a balance on your SimpliWiFi account and offsets future invoices we raise to you. There is no cash withdrawal — commission can only be redeemed against services you buy from us.
2. Who can join
Every existing SimpliWiFi customer is auto-enrolled. Anyone else may apply via this page; applications are reviewed within one business day and approved at SimpliWiFi's discretion. We may decline applications without reason.
3. How commission is calculated
For each service category (WiFi hire, Bondix bonding, UniFi hosting, MultiNet SIMs) we publish a tier ladder defining a commission rate based on the number of qualified referrals you've made in that category. Rates and ladder steps are published on /refer and may be updated from time to time. Your tier today applies to all commission you earn today — past tiers are not locked in.
4. What counts as a qualified referral
A referral becomes "qualified" — and counts toward your tier progression — once the referred customer pays their first invoice for the relevant service. Free trials and unpaid orders do not count. Once a referral is qualified, it remains counted toward your tier for life, even if the customer later cancels.
5. Attribution
Referrals are attributed to you in one of two ways:
- Cookie: when someone clicks your referral link, we set a cookie on their browser that lasts 60 days.
- Manual code: at checkout the customer may enter your referral code, which overrides any cookie.
First-touch wins: once a customer is attributed to a referrer, they remain attributed to that referrer.
6. Self-referrals and abuse
You may not refer yourself, anyone in your household, or any account you control. We automatically block self-referrals on email, phone, and account-ID matches. We reserve the right to reverse commission, adjust balances, and terminate accounts where we identify suspicious or abusive patterns.
7. Refunds and reversals
If an invoice that generated commission is later refunded, voided, or credit-noted, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your balance. We reverse using the original snapshot rate — so changes to your tier between earning and reversal do not affect the amount reversed.
8. How credit is applied
By default, your balance auto-applies to your next SimpliWiFi invoice as a "Referral Credit Applied" line item, up to the invoice's pre-VAT subtotal. You can pause this in your portal at any time to save credit for a specific future purchase.
9. Leaving the program
You may leave at any time from your portal. Your referral link is disabled (no new attributions) but your accrued balance is preserved and continues to apply to invoices we raise to you. To return, contact us.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation after a material change constitutes acceptance.
