How Can We Help?

Each #simpliconnected kit includes a quick-start guide. Power on the router, connect to the WiFi network shown on your welcome card, and you’re online. For multi-router setups, follow the zone guide included in your case.

Every kit includes: pre-configured router(s), power supplies, Ethernet cables, a quick-start guide, and a returns label. Pro and Pro-Sat tiers include additional antennas and mounting hardware.

Pack all equipment back into the original case, attach the pre-paid returns label, and drop it at any Royal Mail or DPD collection point. Returns must be sent within 2 business days of your rental end date.

Contact us immediately at help@simpliwifi.agency. Minor wear and tear is expected. Significant damage or loss may incur a replacement charge as outlined in your rental agreement.

Download the Bondix client package for your router model from your Bondix dashboard. Upload it via your router’s firmware/package manager. See our YouTube tutorial for step-by-step Teltonika installation.

Check that all WAN links show as “connected” in your Bondix dashboard. Verify your internet connections are stable individually. Ensure your Bondix subscription is active and your server region is set correctly.

In your Bondix dashboard, navigate to Connections and click “Add Link”. Enter your connection code and configure the priority and bandwidth allocation for the new link.

Yes. Your Bondix dashboard shows real-time throughput, latency, packet loss, and link status for each WAN connection. Historical performance data is available on Standard plans and above.

For physical SIMs, insert the SIM and power on your device — activation is automatic. For eSIMs, scan the QR code provided in your welcome email. Activation takes up to 5 minutes.

Log in to your MultiNet account portal or contact us at help@simpliwifi.agency. Usage updates every 15 minutes. You’ll receive automatic alerts at 80% and 100% of your data allowance.

Restart your device first. Check that mobile data is enabled and roaming is turned on if applicable. Try a manual network search. If the issue persists, contact support — we can check network status and SIM provisioning remotely.

MultiNet SIMs support roaming in 100+ countries. Data rates for UK/EU are charged at the standard PAYG rate of £4.25/GB and all EU countries are enabled on your account. Contact us before travelling outside the UK/EU to ensure your destination country is enabled and you are aware of any additional roaming data charges.
